Heidebrecht and Bradbury discussed information processing and decision-making beyond form, fit, and function for people in workspaces, interaction with machines, and how to protect them from COVID-19 transmission while at work, and ways employers can mitigate risk. They also shared information about EMS (Employee Management System), a SaaS program that companies use to track compliance with COVID-19 safety measures.
