AI & Robotics firm inGen Dynamics announced today the appointment of Wladmir Silva as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Wladmir joins the business effective immediately after spending the last year as an advisor to inGen Dynamics and to its CEO Arshad Hisham.
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Wladmir will oversee the business and operations for inGen Dynamics globally. He brings with him two decades of experience in leadership positions within both MNCs as well as SMEs in several industries. Wladmir will be putting his leadership experience in automotive, financial services, management consulting, and consumer brands to work, focusing on the effective execution of the business strategy and the long-term success of the company, drive global growth, building cohesion among teams and identifying new opportunities to strengthen the company’s offerings and further its mission.

Wladmir joins inGen Dynamics with over 25 years of experience in organisations such as Mercedes-Benz, Iveco, Prudential Financial, and The Gap Partnership. He began his career in his home country Brazil, but since has lived in New York, London, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Most recently, Wlad held regional and global leadership positions in executive search firms such as Odgers Berndtson and Grace Blue. Wlad moved to Asia in 2011 and has worked with Fortune 500 organisations in over 40 countries across the five continents.
