His notable achievements include the creation of the Ideas Management System and the Innovation Platform 2071, both recognized internationally. Under his leadership, the Ministry’s innovation index rose from 70% in 2019 to an impressive 99% in 2022, marking it as a leader in governmental innovation. Dr. Alhammadi’s initiatives in AI, blockchain, and digital transformation have revolutionized service delivery, setting a new standard for excellence in public sector innovation.

Event Highlights:

The HBC 2024 Awards recognized 60 winners across 28 categories, representing over 5,000 assessment hours and 3,741 applications.
